About
Unfortunately due to Covid-19 and funding cuts,
The CRIB Centre is now closed and no longer operational
Christians Reaching Inner-city Birmingham (C.R.I.B) is a ‘not-for-profit’ Christian led organisation based in Birmingham and was founded by Monique and Glen McKen in 2014. Monique and Glen's own personal experiences as a teenagers was the compelling force behind starting an organisation that would help young people on the threshold of adulthood, make better choices and navigate life with a sense of purpose.

The objective of CRIB is to provide a one-stop support service for youth, particularly for those living within the toughest parts of the city.

We provide three main services:
-
CRIB Youth Support Service (for youth aged 16-25)
-
CRIB Smart (for children age 6-15)
-
CRIB Faith (for youth and young adults aged 16-30)

Our services are open to young people of all faiths (and none), all cultures, social backgrounds, ethnicities and nationalities. Our aim is to show the Agape love of Jesus Christ to everyone and to build a community that our young people want to be part of, are proud of and feel connected to.

CRIB is a Community Interest Company (CIC) Ltd by Guarantee. We operate as a “not for profit” organisation and all our work is centred around delivering a free, quality service for the children and young adults of the community.
